Brasil FurFest is a private benefit party held by the Association of Artists and Appreciators of Anthropomorphic Arts and tickets are sold according to the rules below:
Payment can be made via PayPal and payment via the website (bank slip, PIX and credit card with installments for Brazilians). Foreigners can only pay via PayPal.
- The limit of the convention center at the Sheraton Santos Hotel is 1,600 people. Upon reaching this number of attendees (including companions), registration will be closed, and there will be no more sales at the door.
- It is mandatory to be registered and carry your credential (event badge) to be able to attend the foyer of the convention center, the convention rooms and other places where the event is taking place, according to the BFF lease agreement with the hotel.
- Badge pictures can be changes only until June 16, 2024. Badges of tickets bought at the door will not feature fursona picture.
- Fathers and mothers of all attendees (including adults) can participate in the event as companions, without paying registration, limited to two companions per attendees. Only fathers and mothers are considered companions, other relatives are excluded from this benefit. Companions do not receive gifts from experience package.
- Attendees, if they wish, can upgrade their experience package to higher levels, paying the difference in the registration fee, according to the experience package dates and conditions of each type of package. There is no cash-back for subscription downgrade.
- The deadline for withdrawal and return of the registration fee is 7 (seven) days, as determined by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
- It is possible to upgrade registrations already purchased according to the deadlines, by emailing [email protected].
- The registration is personal and non-transferable, it is not possible to transfer the registration already made to another person.
- Carefully read all payment instructions and be aware of deadlines for responding to emails during the registration process.
- Check your email spam box, in rare cases, confirmation emails are being thrown there by some servers.
