CLASSIC KING (king sized bed for up to 2 people)
CLASSIC QUEEN (2 queen sized beds for up to 4 people)
– Reservations for rooms for up to 2 people and rooms for up to 4 people must be made exclusively through the link provided below.
– When making a reservation at Sheraton’s website, you should provide your credit card information, but the payment will be processed later when the hotel contacts you. In addition to the installment payment with a credit card, brazilians can also make a one-time payment via bank deposit or using PIX (instant bank transfer).
– You can pay in installments of up to 5 times with no interest, and there is no minimum installment amount. (Exclusive for brazilian credit cards) The installment plan must be completed before the event.
– For Brazilian it’s possible to pay with different links and different payment methods, simply request it from the reservations center. OFreigners can pay through PayPal only.
– For reservations for 4 people, choose the option for 3 people on the Sheraton website and inform the 4 people to the reservations center when requested.
– Keep in mind that the rates for the event days are different from the rates for additional days outside of the event.

EXECUTIVE SUITE (with a king sized bed for up to 2 people)
Exclusive for VIF and VIF Platinum attendees.
– The executive suites are exclusive for attendeeswith VIF and VIF Platinum tickets.
– Executive suites will only be reserved after the purchase of VIF or VIF Platinum packages.
– Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which the form is filled out.
– When making a reservation through the BFF form, you will be contacted to provide your PayPal email for invoicing,
– There is no minimum amount for the installment. (Brazilian credit cards only)
– Reservations for executive suites for up to 2 people must be made through the provided form below.
– When making a reservation through the form, you should fill in the requested information and wait for contact via the provided email for payment.

To assist Brasil FurFest’s attendees to plan their trip to Santos, we’ve came up with this small guide about accommodations. Keep in mind that accommodations are NOT included in the registration and you are not obligated to stay at the convention’s hotel. It is the responsibility of the participants to thoroughly review the rates and terms of accommodation, location, and other conditions.
We recommend that participants stay in groups so that the daily room/apartment rates can be divided among them.

Accommodation at the convention hotel is not mandatory, but staying at the same location where the convention is taking place is always more enjoyable, as you’ll experience the event’s atmosphere all the time! Reservations with special event rates should be made through the links provided on this website.
Despite the BFF staff being always available to assist participants in choosing and planning travel details, we remind you that we are not responsible for the accommodations of the participants, whether at the convention hotel or any other location.
