PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BFF 2025 TICKETS

– Attendance limit: 1,700
– It is mandatory to be registered for accreditation and carry your credential (event badge) to be able to access the floors of the convention center and the activity rooms, according to the BFF rental agreement with the hotel.
– The names of the fursonas and the photos on the badges can only be changed until 11:59 pm on 6/29/2025. Any changes after this date will be disregarded. Tickets purchased at the door do not have a photo on the badge.
– It is possible to upgrade the experience packages already purchased, through our ticket sales system until 6/22/2025.
– Fathers and mothers of all participants (including adults) can participate in the event as companions, without paying a registration fee, limited to two companions per participant. The benefit does not include gifts for fathers and mothers.
– Deadline for requesting a refund/withdrawal (as per Brazilian law): 7 calendar days from the time of registration.
– Registrations are individual and can no longer be transferred.

Hotel Nacional Inn Jaraguá is located in a historic building in downtown São Paulo, famous for having hosted Queen Elizabeth during her visit to São Paulo in the 1960s. The hotel has ample infrastructure to accommodate the event.
The hotel is also an excellent option for attendees who wish to stay at the same location as the event (hotel room is not included in the registration fee and it is not mandatory to stay at the same hotel as the convention).
The building is located in the heart of downtown São Paulo, close to the República subway station (Lines 3 and 4), with several bars, markets and shops around the venue.
