DEALER’S DEN REGULATIONS
GENERAL TERMS
Clause 1. The Dealer’s Den consists of an area intended for the sale of crafts and no copyright arts, intended for any Attendee regularly registered in the Brasil FurFest 2025 event, upon prior registration under the terms of these Regulations.
1a. Attendees in Brasil FurFest 2025 for the purposes of these Regulations are defined as those who have registered and paid the registration fee through the event website, receiving confirmation of registration via email.
1b. Attendees for the purposes of these Regulations are also those who were invited to the event, excluding, however, parents, guardians and other companions benefiting from free admission.
1c. Given the need for registration and prior approval to participate in the Dealer’s Den, those who may purchase a ticket during the event (“ticket at the door”) will not be able to register for this activity.
PROCEDURE
From registration
Clause 2. Attendees who wish to participate in the Dealer’s Den must do so through the Brasil FurFest website (www.brasilfurfest.com.br/en/dealers), filling out the registration form with the registration number and other personal information by June 1st, 2025.
2.a. Only fully capable Attendees who are over 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of registration can be exhibitors at the Dealer’s Den.
2.b. Underage exhibitors must be accompanied by their legal guardians for the entire duration of the Dealer’s Den, as per clause 3.a.
2.c. It is possible to register more than one exhibitor at the same table, as long as they are also Attendees under the terms of clause 1.a or 1.b and are duly indicated at the time of registration.
2.c. All exhibitors must be wearing their respective badges issued by Brasil FurFest for the 2025 event at the time of the activity.
Clause 3. The Attendee must inform when registering what type of products they wish to sell and indicate their companion(s), if any.
3.a. For minors, the companion indicated when registering for the event will be the second person at the table, obligatorily, in accordance with clause 2.b.
3.b. The number of registrations will be limited to the number of tables available, according to the order of registration on the Brasil FurFest website.
3.c. After paying the fee and confirming registration, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the registration made for the Dealer’s Den.
3.d. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to refuse any entries that it deems to violate the provisions of these Regulations and/or applicable Brazilian legislation.
Clause 4. Exhibitors’ participation in the Dealer’s Den 2025 is subject to payment of a fee of R$100.00 (one hundred Brazilian reais).
4.a. The fee is intended to cover the expenses necessary to hold the Dealer’s Den, and there is no profit-making purpose.
4.b. The fee will be due by the Attendee only after confirmation of participation by the event staff and choosing their table.
4.c. After paying the fee, it will not be possible to refund it, this being the last opportunity to express your withdrawal from being an exhibitor at the Dealer’s Den without any cost.
4.d. If one of the Attendees withdraws, the registration order will be followed, calling the next registered Attendee in line.
4.e. Table confirmation will be given after payment of the fee. The Attendee will only be considered a participating exhibitor at the Dealer’s Den after confirmation of payment of the fee.
From marketing
Clause 5. Dealer’s Den Attendees undertake to sell only handcrafted pieces; pre-produced copyright artwork, to be produced on site or to be combined for future delivery; miscellaneous items of clothing; sewing and sewing repair services.
5.a. Items or services outside these characteristics must be approved in advance by the event staff, using the table request form, at the time of registration, as per clause 2.
5.b. Brasil FurFest is not responsible for the sale, delivery and/or transactions made by event Attendees at their tables, only limited to providing a table and chairs to display their products.
5.b. All advertisements for products or services, and all transactions, in cash or by electronic means, must be solely in national currency, as determined by Brazilian legislation, and the use of any other form of payment is prohibited, including cryptocurrencies. of any gender.
5.c. The sale of food products, drinks, industrialized products of any nature or that have a barcode is prohibited.
5.d. The sale of books with ISBN registration, whether national or imported, is prohibited, unless the author is selling his own work.
5.d. The sale of any products intended for people over 18 years of age is prohibited.
5.e. The exhibition of pornographic material of any nature, including anthropomorphic pornographic art (“yiff”), is prohibited, under penalty of the penalty provided for in clause 7.
5.f. It is prohibited to display and sell material with brands, logos, symbols and the Brasil FurFest mascot, which are the exclusive right of Brasil FurFest.
5.g. The commercialization and/or exhibition of art or any material partially or completely generated by learning models (Artificial Intelligence), such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL E, Adobe Firefly and similar products, as well as works entirely based on such content, is prohibited. , including but not limited to artwork traced over (“tracing”), digitally colored (“recolors”) or digitally modified (“edits”), as they do not fit into the hypotheses provided for in Clause 5.
Clause 6. Dealer’s Den Attendees declare that they are aware that the materials sold and/or displayed are their sole responsibility. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to exempt itself from any responsibility for any possible claim or legal action relating to any materials displayed and/or sold by a Attendee of the Dealer’s Den.
6.a. Dealer’s Den Attendees declare that they are aware that Brasil Furfest has the right of return under the terms of art. 283 of the Brazilian Civil Code if it becomes co-obligated in an action for compensation arising from a possible complaint of commercialization and/or exhibition of illegal material within the scope of the Dealer’s Den.
PENALTIES
Clause 7. If any of the clauses are breached, the event staff will request the exhibitor(s), verbally and in front of witnesses, to remedy the defects found. If the exhibitor(s) persist in non-compliance with the regulations, the Attendee will be formally removed from the Dealer’s Den.
7.a. In case of expulsion, the Attendee will also be prevented from registering at Dealer’s Den and Dealer’s Den 18+ in the two editions of Brasil Furfest following the edition in which the expulsion took place.
Clause 8. If the Attendee refuses to leave the Dealer’s Den, in accordance with clause 7, the Attendee will be expelled from the event, in accordance with the General Regulations of Brasil FurFest 2025.
Clause 9. For the purposes of these Regulations, the provisions of the General Regulations of Brasil Furfest 2025 apply.
DEALER’S DEN 18+ REGULATIONS
GENERAL TERMS

The Dealer’s Den 18+ consists of an area intended for the sale of handicrafts and authorial arts with an adult theme, intended for any Attendee over 18 (eighteen) years of age, fully capable and regularly registered in the Brazil event FurFest 2025, upon prior registration in accordance with these Regulations.
1a. Attendees in Brasil FurFest 2025 for the purposes of these Regulations are defined as those who have registered and paid the registration fee through the event website, receiving confirmation of registration via email.
1b. Attendees for the purposes of these Regulations are also those who were invited to the event, excluding, however, parents, guardians and other companions benefiting from free admission.
1c. Given the need for registration and prior approval to participate in the Dealer’s Den 18+, those who may purchase a ticket during the event (“ticket at the door”) will not be able to register for this activity.

3.b. The same Attendee is allowed to register for both the Dealer’s Den 18+ and the Dealer’s Den.

Clause 6. Attendees in the Dealer’s Den 18+ declare to be aware that the materials sold and/or displayed are their sole responsibility. Brasil Furfest reserves the right to exempt itself from any responsibility for any possible claim or legal action relating to any materials displayed and/or sold by a Attendee of the Dealer’s Den 18+.
6.a. Attendees in the Dealer’s Den 18+ declare to be aware that Brasil Furfest has the right of return under the terms of art. 283 of the Brazilian Civil Code if it becomes co-obligated in an action for compensation arising from a possible complaint of commercialization and/or exhibition of illegal material within the scope of Dealer’s Den 18+.
Clause 7. It is prohibited, under any circumstances, to display adult material outside the room dedicated to the Dealer’s Den 18+, under penalty of immediate expulsion.
7.a. The transportation of products and materials to be displayed and/or used within the Dealer’s Den 18+ must be done in such a way as to avoid their exposure in the rest of the Brasil Furfest 2025 environments.
7.b. All adult-themed products sold during the Dealer’s Den 18+ must be delivered to buyers in discreet packaging or other means that make it impossible to expose the product to the general public.
PENALTIES
Clause 8. If any of the clauses are breached, the event staff will request the exhibitor(s), verbally and in front of witnesses, to remedy the defects found. If the exhibitor(s) persist in non-compliance with the regulations, the Attendee will be formally removed from the Dealer’s Den 18+.
8.a. In case of expulsion, the Attendee will also be prevented from registering at Dealer’s Den and Dealer’s Den 18+ in the two editions of Brasil Furfest following the edition in which the expulsion took place.
Clause 9. If the Attendee refuses to withdraw from the Dealer’s Den 18+, in accordance with clause 8, the Attendee will be expelled from the event, in accordance with the General Regulations of Brasil FurFest 2025.
Clause 10. For the purposes of these Regulations, the provisions of the General Regulations of Brasil Furfest 2025 apply, as applicable.
