Pricing Policy – Brasil FurFest 2026
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION FOR BRASIL FURFEST
Brazil FurFest is a private charitable event organized by the Associação dos Artistas e Apreciadores das Artes Antropomórficas, and tickets are sold according to the rules below:
- Payment can only be made via PagSeguro (boleto bancário, PIX and credit card with installments). Foreigners can only pay via Stripe.
- Fees related to payment methods and the registration system are not included in the ticket price.
- The hotel’s convention center has a capacity limit of 3,000 people. Once this number of paid registrations is reached, registration will be closed and there will be no ticket sales at the door.
- It is mandatory to be registered and carry your event badge (credential) to access the convention center foyer, convention rooms, and other areas where the event is taking place, in accordance with the rental contract between BFF and the hotel.
- Fursona names and badge photos can only be changed until 11:59 PM on June 28, 2025. Any changes after this date will not be considered. Badges for tickets purchased at the door will be printed on the spot and will include the fursona photo if it was uploaded to the system during registration.
- Only pre-registered attendees (those who purchase their tickets through the website) will have their names included in the credits of the official video.
- For experience packages that include personalized artwork, BFF will contact you via email at an appropriate time.
- Parents of all participants (including those of legal age) can attend the event as companions, without paying a registration fee, limited to two companions per attendee. Only parents are considered as companions; other relatives are excluded from this benefit. Companions do not receive the swagfrom the experience packages.
- Attendees, if they wish, can upgrade their registration to higher levels by paying the price difference according to the registration dates and conditions of each registration type. There is no downgrading of registration with a refund.
- The withdrawal and refund period for the registration fee is 7 (seven) consecutive days, as determined by Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Click here to read Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (in portuguese).
- It is possible to upgrade previously purchased registrations according to the deadlines above, through the registration system at reg.brasilfurfest.com.br
- Registration is personal and non-transferable, and it is not possible to transfer a completed registration to another person under any circumstances.
- Please read all payment instructions carefully and stay attentive to email response deadlines during the registration process.
- Please check your email spam folder; in rare cases, confirmation emails are being sent there by some email providers .
