IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATION AT PREMIUM HOTEL CAMPINAS
Premium Hotel offers rooms for up to 2, 3, or 4 people, with breakfast included in all rates.
You must book your room through reg.brasilfurfest.com.br starting on August 10th, 2025.
Payment must be made at the time of room reservation.
Payment via Stripe for foreigners

Breakfast included: All rates at Premium Hotel already include breakfast.
Additional days: These have the same price as the event days, as long as they follow the official stay.
Hotel area access: Only attendees and guests with identification wristbands will be able to access any area of the hotel, including the reception.
Pool and party access: The pool area and events held there (such as parties and dance parties) will be open to all attendees.
Use of the pool (diving), sauna, and sports courts will be exclusive to guests.
Day use for non-guests: Attendees who are not staying at the hotel can purchase day use access directly with the hotel to access the pool, sauna, and other leisure areas. BFF is still negotiating a promotional price valid for the three days of the event.
Room parties: Room parties are permitted in the rooms, subject to the hotel’s rules of coexistence.
Food orders (iFood, etc.): Must be picked up at the external property front door. Orders will not be accepted at the front desk.
Hotel Dining: The hotel is offering affordable dining options, including pizzas, burgers, and quick bites.
Door Decorations: Posters on room doors are permitted, as long as they do not damage the structure. Damages may be charged by the hotel.

OVERFLOW HOTELS
Information about additional hotels will only be available after the main hotel is fully booked.
These hotels will have similar rates to the Premium Hotel.
Services such as transportation (vans or shuttles) will be arranged based on guest demand at each location, and information will be released closer to the event.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION TERMS OF SERVICE – PREMIUM HOTEL
BRASIL FURFEST 2026 – JULY 17 TO 19, 2026

This document sets forth the special terms and conditions applicable to room reservations at the Premium Hotel Campinas, managed by Brasil FurFest, for the period of July 17 to July 19, 2026.
The general terms and policies of the Premium Hotel Campinas remain applicable in a supplementary manner, except where expressly modified by these Special Terms and Conditions.
By completing a reservation, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this document.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. Brasil FurFest acts solely as an intermediary between the event attendees and the hotel, being responsible only for managing reservations for the Brasil FurFest 2026 event during the specified dates, in accordance with these terms.

1.2. Reservations are subject to room availability and will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

1.3. Reservations must be made through the website [reg.brasilfurfest.com.br](https://reg.brasilfurfest.com.br), starting at 9:00 PM (BRT) on August 10, 2025.

1.4. Each attendee is allowed to reserve only **one (1)** hotel room for the event dates. Any attempt to reserve multiple rooms under a single name will be automatically blocked. Any attempt to bypass this rule by fraudulent means will result in the cancellation of all reservations, a refund of any amounts paid, and, where applicable, disqualification from attending Brasil FurFest 2026.

1.5. Reservations will close on **July 5, 2026**, or as soon as all available hotel rooms have been sold.

2. RATES AND PAYMENT METHODS

2.1. **Promotional rates**, valid for reservations completed and confirmed **by September 10, 2025** (excluding taxes and hotel service fees):

* Room for 2 people: R$ 500.00 per night
* Room for 3 people: R$ 550.00 per night
* Room for 4 people: R$ 600.00 per night

2.2. **Standard rates**, for reservations confirmed **after September 10, 2025** (excluding taxes and hotel service fees):

* Room for 2 people: R$ 530.00 per night
* Room for 3 people: R$ 580.00 per night
* Room for 4 people: R$ 630.00 per night

2.3. **Accepted payment methods**:

* **PIX** (instant bank transfer, full payment)
* **Debit card** (full payment)
* **Credit card** (installments via PagSeguro, with interest charged by the provider)
* **Stripe** For foreigners

2.4. Payment must be completed at the time of reservation to confirm the booking. If the reservation is not finalized due to non-payment, it will be automatically cancelled, and the room will be made available to other attendees.

3. CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

3.1. Reservations made under these Special Terms and Conditions are **non-refundable and non-cancellable**, except in the case of the **right of withdrawal** provided by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, which allows cancellation within **7 (seven) days** from the date of purchase.

3.2. Reservations may be **transferred to another attendee**, provided that the request is submitted to Brasil FurFest **by July 5, 2026**, via email to **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])**, including the full details of the new guests.

4. EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS

4.1. Attendees wishing to book hotel rooms for **dates before or after the official event period** (July 17 to 19, 2026) must:

* Indicate the extended stay dates at the time of reservation on the Brasil FurFest website (reg.brasilfurfest.com.br);
* Make the **additional payment directly to the hotel**, according to the hotel’s own rates, availability, and payment methods.

4.2. Brasil FurFest **will not handle payments** for extended stays and will only forward the request to the hotel for availability confirmation.

4.3. Extended stay reservations are subject to **hotel availability** and **commercial terms** in effect at the time, and are **not covered** by the special event rates or conditions.

4.4. The attendee must contact the **Premium Hotel Campinas directly** to confirm rates, taxes, payment methods, check-in/check-out times, or to resolve any other issues related to their extended stay.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. Brasil FurFest is **not responsible** for any additional costs incurred from extra services requested directly from the hotel (e.g., laundry, room service, etc.).

5.2. Attendees must comply with all internal hotel rules, including **check-in time (from 4:00 PM)** and **check-out time (by 12:00 PM)**.

5.3. Special rules regarding visits from non-guests to rooms will be announced at a later date.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. Any omissions will be resolved based on the general terms of the Premium Hotel Campinas and applicable Brazilian law.

6.2. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary, with prior notice to attendees.
