REGISTRATION BFF 2020: ENROLLMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

❣️ First of all, we’d like to say we are sad we won’t be able to see you all this year at Brasil FurFest. The pandemic forced us to make the hard decision of postponing the convention. Also, we’d like to thank you all for all the support and kind words.
🎟️ We kindly ask all attendees to consider keeping the registration for 2021. Brasil FurFest has already spent part of the budget and as we don’t have working capital, we won’t be able to reimburse all the attendees. If the reimbursement amount is higher than the convention funds, staff will be obliged to make personal loans and it may lead to the end of Brasil FurFest for good.

🎁 All attendees who keep the registration for 2021 will get an exclusive gift at accreditation as a token of thanks.
I don’t want the refund because I’m attending BFF 2021 or I wish to donate my registration since I won’t be able to attend but I want to help.
If you don’t want the registraton refund, you don’t need to take any actions. All registrations will be automatically transferred to 2021 at the end of the refund due date. Attendees who keep the registration and don’t attend BFF 2021 can name a friend to get your swag.
Information on how to name a friend to get the swag will be announced in the near future.
WARNING: Swags will be delivered only after closing ceremony.
I wish the refund of my registration.
Only registrations that were bought and PAID will be refunded. Attendees who got registration promotional codes WON’T be able to ask for refunds.
The refunds must be asked through a form that will be available in our website (www.brasilfurfest.com).
The refunds can only be asked from July 1-15 2020, no exceptions.
After the due date you won’t be able to ask for a refund and all the registrations will be transferred to 2021.
How will be the refund payment?
The full amount will be sent back to the PayPal or PagSeguro account used to make the purchase.
There’s no other way of receiving the refund.
We ask atendees NOT TO open a dispute or request chargebacks through PayPal. Refunds will be made, but the request made directly to PayPal harms Brasil FurFest relationship with the payment methods and can lead to the permanent closure of our accounts on their sites.
Attendees represented on the official poster, cover and back cover of the conbook that ask for a refund will have their fursonas removed from this material.
What’s the deadline for receiving the refund?
The deadline for receiving the refund is June 30th 2020.

BFF staff won’t deal with this subject through Telegram, Facebook or other social media. All contacts regarding refunds must be made at [email protected], for security and record reasons.
I still hadn’t bought the ticket.
The sale of tickets for BFF will resume in January 3rd, 2021. The values are already available on our website. (www.brasilfurfest.com).
🐾 Brasil FurFest hopes we can all meet at BFF 2021, from July 16th to 18th at the Mercure Hotel, in Santos, SP, Brasil.
😷 While we wait for this party let’s take good care of ourselves during the pandemic and wish it’s over as soon as possible.
