Price Calendar – Brasil FurFest 2024
READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING TERMS OF SERVICE – BRASIL FURFEST REGISTRATION 2024
Brazil FurFest is a private charitable event organized by the Associação dos Artistas e Apreciadores das Artes Antropomórficas, and tickets are sold according to the rules below:
- Payment can be made via PayPal and through PagSeguro (bank slip, PIX, and credit card with installment options). Foreign attendees can only pay via PayPal.
- Sheraton event space can hold up to 1200 attendees. Once this number of attendees (including companions) is reached, registrations will be closed, and there will be no further on-site sales.
- It is mandatory to be registered and carry your event badge (credential) to access the convention center foyer, convention rooms, and other areas where the event is taking place, in accordance with the rental contract between BFF and the hotel.
- Once photos of the badges are submitted, they cannot be exchanged.
- For experience packages that include personalized artwork, BFF will contact you via email at an appropriate time.
- Parents of all participants (including those of legal age) can attend the event as companions, without paying a registration fee, limited to two companions per attendee. Only parents are considered as companions; other relatives are excluded from this benefit. Companions do not receive the swagfrom the experience packages.
- Attendees, if they wish, can upgrade their registration to higher levels by paying the price difference according to the registration dates and conditions of each registration type. There is no downgrading of registration with a refund.
- The withdrawal and refund period for the registration fee is 7 (seven) consecutive days, as determined by Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Click here to read Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (in portuguese).
- It is possible to upgrade purchased registrations in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above, through email. [email protected].
- Registration is personal and non-transferable, and it is not possible to transfer a registration to another person once it is made.
- Please read all payment instructions carefully and stay attentive to email response deadlines during the registration process.
- Please check your email spam folder; in rare cases, confirmation emails are being sent there by some email providers.
