Brasil FurFest will provide each exhibitor with one table measuring 175 cm x 57 cm (75 cm in height) and two chairs in the event rooms. The room is equipped with 220V outlets.

Please remember to follow the Dealer’s Den rules and bring all materials you will need for your table, such as power strips, product displays, tablecloths, price tags (in Brazilian Real), and similar items. We recommend charging all devices that require electricity before the activity due to the limited availability of outlets in the rooms.

* As required by Brazilian law, all prices must be displayed in Brazilian Real and written as: R$ 40.00 or R$ 40. The use of the “R$” symbol is mandatory in all price listings.

* Registration for the Dealer’s Den Clearance Sale will take place after the end of the Dealer’s Den in the Staff Room, on a first-come, first-served basis.

TERMS

Clause 1. The Dealer’s Den consists of an area designated for the sale of handicrafts and original artwork, intended for any attendee duly registered in the Brasil FurFest 2026 event, subject to prior registration under the terms of this Regulation.

1a. An attendee of Brasil FurFest 2026, for the purposes of this Regulation, is defined as anyone who has registered and paid the registration fee through the event website, receiving confirmation of registration via email.

1b. Also considered attendees for the purposes of this Regulation are those who were invited to the event, excluding, however, parents, guardians, and other companions benefiting from free admission.

1c. Given the need for prior registration and approval to participate in the Dealer’s Den, those who purchase a ticket during the event (“at-the-door ticket”) will not be allowed to register for this activity.

PROCEDURE

Registration

Clause 2. Attendees who wish to take part in the Dealer’s Den must do so through the Brasil FurFest registration website (reg.brasilfurfest.com.br), filling out the form with their registration number and other personal information by 11:59 PM (GMT-3) on May 10, 2026.

2.a. Only attendees who are fully legally capable and at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the time of registration may be exhibitors at the Dealer’s Den.

2.b. Minor exhibitors must be accompanied by their legal guardians for the entire duration of the Den, in accordance with clause 3.a.

2.c. It is possible to register more than one exhibitor at the same table, provided they are also attendees under the terms of clause 1.a or 2.b and are properly indicated at the time of registration.

2.c. All exhibitors must carry their respective badges issued by Brasil FurFest for the 2026 event during the activity.

Clause 3. The attendee must inform in the registration what type of products they intend to sell and indicate their companion(s), if any.

3.a. For minors, the companion indicated in the event registration must be the second person at the table, mandatorily, under the terms of clause 2.b.

3.b. The number of registrations will be limited to the number of available tables.

3.c. After submitting the registration, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the registration made for the Dealer’s Den.

3.d. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to refuse any registrations that it deems to violate the provisions of this Regulation and/or applicable Brazilian law.

Clause 4. Participation of exhibitors in the Dealer’s Den 2026 is subject to approval through curation by the event staff, and a fee will subsequently be due in the amount of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) for a single table and R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais) for a double table.

4.a. The fee is intended to cover the expenses necessary for the realization of the Dealer’s Den, with no profit purpose.

4.b. The fee will only be due after confirmation of participation by the event staff, through the curation process.

4.c. After payment of the fee, it will not be possible to obtain a refund, this being the last opportunity to express withdrawal from being an exhibitor at the Dealer’s Den without any cost.

4.d. In the event of withdrawal by one of the attendees, the order of registration will be followed, calling the next attendee on the waiting list.

4.e. Confirmation of the table will occur after payment of the fee. The attendee will only be considered an exhibitor at the Dealer’s Den after confirmation of payment.

Commercialization

Clause 5. Attendees of the Dealer’s Den commit to selling only handmade items; pre-produced original artwork, to be produced on-site or to be arranged for future delivery; various clothing items; sewing and clothing repair services.

5.a. Items or services outside these characteristics must be previously approved by the event staff through the table request form at the time of registration, in accordance with clause 2.

5.b. Brasil FurFest is not responsible for sales, delivery, and/or transactions carried out by attendees at their tables, limiting itself only to providing a table and chairs for product display.

5.c. All product or service advertisements, and all transactions, whether in cash or electronic means, must be conducted exclusively in national currency, as determined by Brazilian law, and the use of any other form of payment is prohibited, including cryptocurrencies of any kind.

5.d. The sale of food products, beverages, industrialized products of any nature, or items that have a barcode is prohibited.

5.e. The sale of books with an ISBN, whether national or imported, is prohibited, except when the author is selling their own work.

5.f. The sale of any products intended for individuals over 18 years of age is prohibited.

5.g. The display of any pornographic material, including anthropomorphic pornographic art (“yiff”), is prohibited, under penalty of the sanction provided in clause 7.

5.h. It is prohibited to display and sell material containing brands, logos, symbols, and the Brasil FurFest mascot, as these are the exclusive property of Brasil FurFest.

5.i. The commercialization and/or display of artwork or any material partially or completely generated by machine learning models (Artificial Intelligence), such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and similar, as well as works entirely based on such content, including but not limited to traced artwork, digitally colored pieces, or digitally modified works, is prohibited, as they do not fall within the hypotheses provided in Clause 5.

Clause 6. Attendees of the Dealer’s Den declare that they are aware that the materials sold and/or displayed are their sole responsibility. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to exempt itself from any liability regarding any complaint or legal action concerning materials displayed and/or sold by an attendee of the Dealer’s Den.

6.b. Attendees of the Dealer’s Den declare that they are aware that Brasil FurFest has the right of recourse under Article 283 of the Brazilian Civil Code in the event it becomes jointly liable in an indemnification action arising from any report of commercialization and/or display of illegal material within the Dealer’s Den.

PENALTIES

Clause 7. In the event of non-compliance with any clause, the event staff will verbally request, in the presence of witnesses, that the exhibitor correct the identified issues. If the exhibitor persists in non-compliance, the attendee will be formally removed from the Dealer’s Den.

7.a. In the event of expulsion, the attendee will also be prohibited from registering for the Dealer’s Den and the 18+ Dealer’s Den in the two editions of Brasil FurFest following the edition in which the expulsion occurred.

Clause 8. If the attendee refuses to leave the Den as per clause 7, they will be expelled from the event, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations of Brasil FurFest 2026.

Clause 9. For the purposes of this Regulation, the provisions of the General Regulations of Brasil FurFest 2026 shall apply, where appropriate.

GENERAL TERMS

The Dealer’s Den 18+ consists of an area designated for the sale of handicrafts and original artwork with adult themes, intended for any attendee over 18 (eighteen) years of age, fully legally capable and duly registered in the Brasil FurFest 2026 event, subject to prior registration under the terms of this Regulation.

1a. An attendee of Brasil FurFest 2026, for the purposes of this Regulation, is defined as anyone who has registered and paid the registration fee through the event website, receiving confirmation of registration via email.

1b. Also considered attendees for the purposes of this Regulation are those who were invited to the event, excluding, however, parents, guardians, and other companions benefiting from free admission.

1c. Given the need for prior registration and approval to participate in the Dealer’s Den 18+, those who purchase a ticket during the event (“at-the-door ticket”) will not be allowed to register for this activity.

PROCEDURE

Registration

2.b. It is possible to register more than one exhibitor at the same table, provided they are also attendees under the terms of clause 1.a or 1.b and are properly indicated at the time of registration.

2.c. All exhibitors must carry their respective badges issued by Brasil FurFest for the 2026 event during the activity.

Clause 3. The attendee must inform in the registration what type of products they intend to sell and indicate their companion(s), if any.

3.a. Due to the limited number of available tables, only attendees who will exhibit products intended for individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age will be accepted as exhibitors in the Dealer’s Den 18+. Attendees who wish to exhibit only products that are not prohibited in the Dealer’s Den must register for that activity instead.

3.b. It is permitted for the same attendee to register for both the Dealer’s Den 18+ and the Dealer’s Den.

3.c. The number of registrations will be limited to the number of available tables.

3.d. After payment of the fee and confirmation of registration, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the registration made for the Dealer’s Den.

3.e. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to refuse any registrations that it deems to violate the provisions of this Regulation and/or applicable Brazilian law.

Clause 4. Participation of exhibitors in the Dealer’s Den 18+ 2026 is subject to the payment of a fee in the amount of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais).

4.a. The fee is intended to cover the expenses necessary for the realization of the Dealer’s Den 18+, with no profit purpose.

4.b. The fee will only be due after confirmation of participation by the event staff.

4.c. After payment of the fee, it will not be possible to obtain a refund, this being the last opportunity to express withdrawal from being an exhibitor at the Dealer’s Den 18+ without any cost.

4.d. In the event of withdrawal by one of the attendees, the order of registration will be followed, calling the next attendee on the waiting list.

4.e. Confirmation of the table will occur after payment of the fee. The attendee will only be considered an exhibitor participant of the Dealer’s Den after confirmation of payment.

6. Attendees of the Dealer’s Den 18+ declare that they are aware that the materials sold and/or displayed are their sole responsibility. Brasil FurFest reserves the right to exempt itself from any liability regarding any complaint or legal action concerning materials displayed and/or sold by an attendee of the Dealer’s Den 18+.

6.A. Attendees of the Dealer’s Den 18+ declare that they are aware that Brasil FurFest has the right of recourse under Article 283 of the Brazilian Civil Code in the event it becomes jointly liable in an indemnification action arising from any report of commercialization and/or display of illegal material within the Dealer’s Den 18+.

Clause 7. It is strictly prohibited, under any circumstances, to display adult material outside the designated room for the Dealer’s Den 18+, under penalty of immediate expulsion.

7.a. The transport of products and materials to be displayed and/or used within the Dealer’s Den 18+ must be carried out in such a way as to avoid exposure of these items in other areas of Brasil FurFest 2026.

7.b. All adult-themed products sold during the Dealer’s Den 18+ must be delivered to buyers in discreet packaging or other means that prevent exposure of the product to the general public.

PENALTIES

Clause 8. In the event of non-compliance with any clause, the event staff will verbally request, in the presence of witnesses, that the exhibitor(s) correct the identified issues. If the exhibitor(s) persist in non-compliance with the regulation, the attendee will be formally removed from the Dealer’s Den 18+.

8.a. In the event of expulsion, the attendee will also be prohibited from registering for the Dealer’s Den and the Dealer’s Den 18+ in the two editions of Brasil FurFest following the edition in which the expulsion occurred.

Clause 9. If the attendee refuses to leave the Dealer’s Den 18+ as per clause 8, they will be expelled from the event, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations of Brasil FurFest 2026.

Clause 10. For the purposes of this Regulation, the provisions of the General Regulations of Brasil FurFest 2026 shall apply, where appropriate.
